Quick Update
Day one completed all bar the meeting up for drinks at The Devonshire Cat, our post-training pub when we were at the old dojo.
The turn out was very good and the venue at The English Institute of Sport was superb. There were people training from The North West, London, Rotherham, Durham and Russia!
It was great to see ex-hallam karateka who now train in The South…Steph, Beki, Vicky and Sophie.
Thanks to Sensei Roy, Paul and Mike for a great days kumite and kata, we are all looking forward to more in the morning.
